KF product

KF product is used in the refining of vegetable and edible oils.

– Types of KF

1 - KF , KF1 , KF2 , KF7 , KF10 , KF15

2 – Special type

– Application of KF types

Types (KF, KF1, KF2, KF7, KF10, KF15) are used to refine various edible oils. Types KF1, KF15 are better used in rapeseed and cottonseed oils, and types KF, KF7, KF10, KF2 are used in soybean, corn and other edible oils.

2- Special type: Under normal conditions, all grades meet all consumer needs, but sometimes, due to the low quality of crude oil resulting from the pre-bleaching stages and also the existence of problems in the refining line (for example, problems in the washing or deodorization system, etc.), special expectations may arise from the soil. In this case, the consumer can order and use special types by mentioning and reflecting his problems to the company and in accordance with the company's recommendations. Obviously, eliminating the causes of such defects should be a priority on the customer's agenda.

– KF chemical analysis

The average chemical analysis (in terms of elemental oxide percentage) of the KF product is as follows:

This product does not contain the mineral kaolinite. The presence of this mineral means the presence of dioxin, which is currently one of the food safety hazards in edible oils.

4- Mineralization installation

Minerals constituting more than %50 of clay soils (mainly montmorillonite) and free silica and feldspars, and small amounts of lime and gypsum.

– Physical characteristics of KF

1 – Color: White

2 – Appearance: Powder

3 - Solubility in water: insoluble

4 – Average humidity: 8 to %12 (two hours 110ºc)

5 - PH: (%1 solution) 2.5-5.2

6 - Free acidity (in terms of H2SO4): less than %0.25

7 – Volumetric mass: 400-700 gr/l

8-Graining: Maximum %64 passing through 200 mesh sieve. %0 passing through 400 mesh sieve.

– Applied effects of KF

In terms of the effect of soil on oil and its application, KF soil is in many cases on par with the highest global qualities and in some features among the best. In this regard, it has obtained numerous certificates of superior quality from domestic sources as well as institutions.

Internationally famous brands such as Ohmi in Germany and Karlshamns in Sweden are proof of this claim. Ore in different types has:

1- It has the highest chlorophyll absorption capacity, making it the best type of soil produced in the world in this regard.

2 – Highest peroxide removal power.

3 – Lowest anisidine number in bleached oil

4 – Minimum absorption of beneficial oil compounds (tocopherols)

5- The highest absorption capacity of iron and copper, which makes it the best type of soil in this respect.

6- Highest nickel absorption capacity in the Post Bleach stage in hydrogenated oils.

7- The absence of the hazardous factor dioxin in the soil is one of the superior advantages of this soil over all other soils.

8 – Highest oxidative resistance in bleached oil

9 – The color of the refined oil does not return in the post-bleaching stages.

10 – Highest absorption power of phosphorus remaining from the neutralization stage

11 – Highest absorption power of soap remaining from the neutralization stage

12 – Highest filtration speed similar to the best foreign types

13 – Minimum oil absorption

14 – Less soil consumption under equal conditions
